Player Exemption
If you have a situation with a special circumstance (i.e. an over-aged player) you need to bring it to the attention of the whips by January 26, 2024 for Junior Cager and February 2, 2024 for Senior Cager. The organizing committee will discuss the request and contact you with the committee’s decision before the registration deadline.

In most cases the committee will allow underage players to move to a higher category. The committee rarely allows older players to play in the younger age categories.

Billeting Request
If your school requires billeting, please fill out the attached billeting request form and email it to the tournament whip. Every year we try to accommodate all requests from community schools that wish to stay in the venue where the event is being hosted. Hopefully we will be able to meet your request although there are no guarantees.

For Senior Cager, there will be a non-refundable $50/night fee for each room used as well as a $300/room damage deposit. Please be aware that two separate cheques are required (one for the registration fee and one for the damage deposit). We will not deposit the damage deposit unless necessary.
